Civil Retiree

​Civil retiree is the employee or the worker who contributes to the civil pension fund and has a monthly pension determined by the rules and regulations of the pension scheme.

Pension is eligible in the event of the following:

  1. Service termination due to retirement age according to Law No. (24) year 2002 and its amendments, provided that service period is not less than (15) years.
  2. Service termination due to resignation, provided that service period is not less than (15) years and age is not less than (40) years.
  3. Disciplinary service termination, provided that service period is not less than (15) years.
  4. Service termination due to job cancelation, provided that service period is not less than (5) years for government, authorities and foundations. Private companies subject due to a ministers' council resolution apply this term provided that they financially committed after the ministers' council approval.
  5. Service termination due to death or disability relevant or during work.
  6. Service termination due to death or disability non-relevant to work. 

Beneficiaries are required to provide the following documents in the event of death:

  1. ID copy of the deceased.
  2. Death certificate copy and heirship certificate.
  3. ID and birth certificates of the minors mentioned in the heirship certificate.
  4. Bank letter of the adult beneficiaries account numbers.
  5.  Proxy copy, if any, and the agent ID copy.
  6. Bank letter of the agent account number in the event of transferring a beneficiary share to his/her account.
  7. Study proof certificate for male children, grandsons and brothers who are older than 21 years and less than 27.

Medical report issued by the medical committee in the event of male beneficiary total disability prevents him from work.​​​
