Civil retiree is the employee or the worker who contributes to the civil pension fund and has a monthly pension determined by the rules and regulations of the pension scheme.
Pension is eligible in the event of the following:
- Service termination due to retirement age according to Law No. (24) year 2002 and its amendments, provided that service period is not less than (15) years.
- Service termination due to resignation, provided that service period is not less than (15) years and age is not less than (40) years.
- Disciplinary service termination, provided that service period is not less than (15) years.
- Service termination due to job cancelation, provided that service period is not less than (5) years for government, authorities and foundations. Private companies subject due to a ministers’ council resolution apply this term provided that they financially committed after the ministers’ council approval.
- Service termination due to death or disability relevant or during work.
- Service termination due to death or disability non-relevant to work.
Beneficiaries are required to provide the following documents in the event of death:
- ID copy of the deceased.
- Death certificate copy and heirship certificate.
- ID and birth certificates of the minors mentioned in the heirship certificate.
- Bank letter of the adult beneficiaries account numbers.
- Proxy copy, if any, and the agent ID copy.
- Bank letter of the agent account number in the event of transferring a beneficiary share to his/her account.
- Study proof certificate for male children, grandsons and brothers who are older than 21 years and less than 27.
- Medical report issued by the medical committee in the event of male beneficiary total disability prevents him from work.
